Consulting

Nevada Synergy may introduce clients to independent professionals based on the needs of the project. Each provider is separately responsible for its services, licensing, fees, contracts and work product.

Nevada Synergy does not perform engineering, architecture, construction, environmental compliance, legal services or other regulated work.

Marketplace and consignment

Marketplace and consignment items are not real estate. Nevada Synergy does not warrant, inspect, certify or verify title to consignment items unless expressly stated in writing for a specific item.

Marketplace and consignment activities are separate from real estate brokerage services. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items and satisfying themselves as to condition and suitability before purchase.

Third-party links and services

Links to third-party sites, stores, scheduling tools and professional profiles are provided for convenience. Nevada Synergy does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Intellectual property

Site content, photography and the Nevada Synergy name and marks may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party marks referenced on this site remain the property of their owners; reference to a product format or brand does not indicate affiliation or endorsement.
